Pacific Council Delegation to Georgia & Armenia | September 28 – October 2, 2026
The Pacific Council on International Policy invites sustaining members to join an exclusive delegation to Armenia and Georgia, two nations at the dynamic intersection of geopolitics, history, and culture. This five-day experience will offer high-level access to key voices and institutions across the South Caucasus, providing participants with an on-the-ground perspective of one of the world's most strategically significant and rapidly evolving regions.
Armenia and Georgia occupy a pivotal position between Europe, Russia, and the Middle East, making them central to conversations around energy security, democratic resilience, and great-power competition. Pacific Council President & CEO, Ambassador (ret.) Kristina A. Kvien, former U.S. Ambassador to Armenia, will lead the delegation. Her firsthand diplomatic experience and deep regional relationships open doors to the kind of candid, substantive engagement rarely available to visitors.
Participants can anticipate:
• Briefings and roundtables with senior government officials, diplomats, and business and civil society leaders
• Insight into U.S. foreign policy engagement in the region
• Cultural and historical site visits
• Peer exchange with fellow Pacific Council members
Full programming details will be shared with confirmed participants in the coming months.
