FAQs

Who will we meet with on the Delegation?
We will post a working agenda in August 2026. Note that meeting times and other specifications are subject to change up until and throughout our stay in Georgia & Armenia.

What is the cost for the trip?
The registration cost is $12,950 for single occupancy and $23,900 for double occupancy. Cost includes all meals, transportation within Georgia & Armenia, including airport transfers, hotel accommodations from September 27 to the morning of October 3, 10-12 meetings with high-level officials, and private tours in places of interest. The registration fee does not include airfare to or from Georgia & Armenia.

For participants who register for the optional one-day excursion on October 3, 2025, the additional cost is $1,195 for single occupancy or $2,050 for double occupancy. This fee includes hotel, transportation, and food.

Upgrades, extensions, and hotel incidentals are the responsibility of participants.

When do I have to confirm/register by?
The registration deadline is August 17, 2026. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at the original time of registration, with full payment due by August 17, 2026. Your spot is not reserved until your deposit is received.

Can non-Pacific Council members attend (ie. partners/friends/colleagues)?
This delegation is open to Pacific Council's Sustaining Members. If a member wishes to bring someone who is not affiliated with our organization and register for two single-occupancy rooms, that is absolutely fine. If a general member or non-member is interested in participating on their own, they will be asked to join the Sustaining Membership with a gift of $5,000 or more to participate.

When should I arrive in Tbilisi, Georgia?
Delegates should arrive in Tbilisi on or before September 27, 2026. Hotel reservations begin on September 27, 2026. Any accommodations prior to the start of the delegation are the responsibility of participants.

When should I return from Yerevan, Armenia?
Participants who do not wish to opt into the day trip to the Noravank Monastery & Old Bridge Winery add-on will return on Saturday, October 3, 2026. Those who participate in the day trip to Noravank Monastery & Old Bridge Winery should plan their return flight from Yerevan, Armenia, on Sunday, October 4, 2026. Additional nights of hotel accommodation are the responsibility of participants. We would be happy to help book your extended stay as needed.

Can I make my own hotel accommodations?
For security and logistical reasons, all delegates must stay at the hotel listed on the itinerary. Room upgrades and/or extensions can be requested and are subject to availability. The cost of the upgrade and/or extension is the participant's responsibility. Please contact Janet Espinoza at [email protected] if you have specific questions or requests.

Can I pick and choose which meetings I would like to attend?
The registration fee is all-inclusive. If you are interested in arranging side meetings or separate itinerary items, you may do so, but our agency and team are not responsible for coordinating them or for your security outside our delegation itinerary. Partial registration rates are not available.
